Task Oriented




I told my mom the other day that the only time Ansley wants to play independently anymore is if she has a task. "Clean up" (putting a bunch of her toys into something, taking them out and putting them in again), stacking and un-stacking her shape sorter, blocks and the sandbox (I guess this isn't really a task) are all good ones. Here's a perfect example of what I mean. She probably repeated this 30 times yesterday morning. She scooped dirt out of one pot with a teeny tiny sea shell and transported it to another pot on the other side of the patio...
