We took Ans to the museum Sunday. She really loves going there now. In the lobby there's a giant mammoth skeleton that she calls an elephant... close enough I guess :)

Play Kitchen

One of Ansley's early Christmas presents was a play kitchen from Granny. She absolutely loves it and especially likes to hand the utensils one by one to Jon or me. I'm not sure if it's going to stay in this exact spot. We'll probably move it to where the Christmas tree is once the holidays are over.

Making fried eggs for her Uncle Matt.

Concentrating really hard.

Delivering wooden mushrooms to daddy.

Reindeer Run

Ansley participated in her first race this morning at the 4th Annual Reindeer Run. She had so much fun and was part of the Diaper Dash, a 50 yard event for 1-2 year olds.

Happy to be there

Ans really likes going through all of the books with animals and identifying/ repeating what they are. She went through almost every animal in "Animalia" the other night. It was so cute, but the stinking camera batteries died... errr. Here's the first 10 seconds:

Snuggle Bear

It has been really cold the last few nights. Ansley has had to get all snuggled up for bed. Unrelated to the temperature, she has started saying "night night" when she wants to go to sleep. Sometimes it's a good 15-20 minutes before her actual bedtime.

Horse Farm

We went to the retired horse farm again on Saturday. Ansley was super pumped this time about the horses. She was shaking with excitement and squealing.

A blurry chilly girl...

I had a hard time getting her to stand still at the park this morning. Not because of how cold it was, but because she's finally more interested in the play equipment than mommy :)
